Community Partners

I am a big believer in having a community that you can rely on to help you be your healthiest self. I believe this includes movement, body work, and nutrition. Below are two community partners that I can wholeheartedly recommend and whose products/services are invaluable to creating a holistic lifestyle.

Lindsay LaPaugh

Certified Nutrition Coach

I teach busy women how to live a healthy lifestyle without overwhelm, shame & guilt. All of my programs focus on what you can have, not what you can’t have.  Life is about balance. You should feel good and be excited about the foods you get to eat.  I work with my clients to help them incorporate the right foods that fit into their lifestyle.  You’ll learn how to fuel your body so your energy levels are high and give you confidence and strength to get you through your day. You’ll learn how to indulge with intention and no guilt. Don’t want to give up eating pizza,  then don’t!

LVL Holistics is a restriction-free way of living and finding the perfect health blueprint that works for you.

SLC Top Crops

Local Urban Farmers; Amanda and Elliot

Top Crops is made up of two young, adventurous farmers. They started Top Crops in 2016, in the heart of Salt Lake City. Their focus is on growing the highest quality produce, using sustainable and organic methods. That means no spraying herbicides, or pesticides, using artificial fertilizers in the soil, and managing soil health with minimal tilling. There isn't much time for anything but farming, but when they get a chance they love to ride bikes, cook yummy food, travel, and be with family.

You can buy their veggies directly from their website or find their veggies at local eateries like Yoko Ramen, Raclette Machine , Amour Cafe, HSL, & The Rose Establishment, just to name a few
