My goal is to help clients uncover solutions to their struggles to feel more empowered and become more knowledgeable. I implement various therapy techniques and resources which aid clients through this journey.

I implement a Client-Centered Approach which incorporate your strengths and intuition with my expertise in mental health to help you process difficult emotions and feel more attuned to your needs.

This means that our therapy process is more collaborative, helping you find the solutions that feel best to you; while increasing insight, helping regulate emotions, processing painful experiences, and finding intuitive ways of healing.

I am trained in EMDR and IFS, my experience in these modalities aid in moving through difficult emotions and connecting these emotions to your body’s felt sense and ultimately moving through stuck feelings.
